DEBATE.

Quarterly Debate 
You and a team of debaters will be preparing for an argument on a related topic each quarter. You will be expected to participate and engage - and see how the South could have reasoned their departure from the Union.

RESOLVED: Under the Constitution, and, more precisely, the Declaration of Independence, states have the right to secede.
